FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS :

1. Is this a religious weekend?

The core of the weekend is practical spirituality. All religious groups or sects are welcome. We don’t press you about “God”. Your referencing of Spirit is your business. It is your job to define what you are doing in your spiritual practice, how you practice “mindfulness” or “contemplation”. Our intention is be inclusive of all religious beliefs.

2. What are the principles of the training?

We believe that we are spiritual beings having a human experience. Somehow on our human path, we lose track of our spiritual existence. We adapt to pain, mainly the loss or the threat of the loss of love. In our effort to not feel pain, we develop Burdens that come to exist in the absence of love. Gradually, we learn to live out of those burdens and find our identity within the burdens. We become, “I am…”. To Guide us out of the maze of ego-driven burdens, we need to find the Basic Truth of our human experience so that we can be accountable for our experience. And then we need to connect with Spirit to find the Guiding Truths to transform ourselves and eventually our relationships to a higher pathway and ultimately higher and greater levels of success.

3. What do you do at the training?

Arriving at the site which is at a overnight campsite, you will experience a meditative state which will likely last the entire weekend.
